Penn’s Online Privacy & Security Training
Penn has developed an online training that focuses many important privacy and security topics that its faculty and staff should know about.
For your own personal benefit, as well as for the benefit of Penn’s valued community, we urge all faculty and staff at Penn to take this training. The training will help each of us to meet the expectations of the students, faculty, staff, alumni, patients, visitors and many others who trust in us to protect the privacy and security of their information.
To enroll, please follow the directions below:
- Go to the University’s Workday site at https://www.myworkday.com/upenn/ and login using your Penn Key and password
- Click on Learning under the top left Menu link and then on Browse Learning Content
- Search for ‘Information Privacy and Security at Penn’ using the search bar on the learning content section
- The one time option course will be displayed, click on it and then the Start Program button to complete the training.
