IT Partners Tool

The ITS Partner Tools should be used for new and departing employees.

  • New Employees:
    • Employee Account Request Form - please submit at least 2 weeks in advance of the new employee’s start date.
  • Changing departments:
    • The new IT Partner should fill out the Employee Account Request Form
  • Employee Departures:
    • Click the Exit Form icon next to the employee’s name.
