For video conferencing for Penn Law classes, faculty should contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a video conference. Include the date and time of your video conference, email address of the attendee(s), and the purpose of the video conference (e.g. a guest speaker, a student attending the class remotely). ITS Media will follow up with connection information.
For student interviews, students should contact the CP&P office. Once approved, ITS will coordinate with CP&P and your interviewer to setup your video interview.
Many departments at Penn Law have their own Zoom account for meetings and conference calls. If you are unsure of whether your department has an account, please contact your department’s ITS Partner.
