Recordings as Podcasts
Note: As of Spring 2017, every classroom at Penn Carey Law uses the Panopto system for recordings.
Overview:
Podcasts allows students to download all available audio or video recordings for the course. Podcasting is not automatically enabled, so instructors must turn on podcasting to allow students to download course recording podcasts.
1. To enable podcasts, navigate to the Panopto Recordings folder in the Canvas course webpage. Then go to the Folder Settings page for that course.
2. Navigate to the Settings tab. Checking off the box next to Enable podcast feed enables podcasts. Podcasts can be disabled by unchecking this box.
