New Employees

Process

  1. The IT Partner fills out the New Employee Account Request Form.
  2. The IT Partner forwards an email with a link to the new employee.
  3. After the new employee submits the form received from the IT Partner, ITS will create the new account and send account activation information directly to the employee's current email address.

It will take 3 days from when the new employee fills out their personal information to have an account created.

The New Employee Account Request Form

  1. Visit the ITS Partners Tools
  2. Click Submit a New Employee Account Request Form.

  3. Fill out the form and click Submit. An email will be sent to you for forwarding to the new hire.
  4. Forward the email you receive to the new employee.

Employees Changing Departments

The IT Partner for the new department the employee is moving to should fill out a new Employee Account Request Form by following the instructions above.

All permission and alias requests should be provided on the form to ensure access is provided accurately.

Departing Employees

The employee Exit Form provides ITS will all the information needed to close down a departing employee's account, including the user's last day, email auto reply, email aliases, and email access.

  1. Visit the ITS Partners Tools
  2. Click the Exit Form icon next to the appropriate employee.
