Get Laptop Support

The Tech Center (formerly the CRC) is the help desk for laptops and mobile devices, including WiFi, viruses/spyware, and software (in this list of supported products). Details can be found on the Tech Center website.

Loaner Laptops

Students can reach out to Student Intervention Services at vpul-sisteam@pobox.upenn.edu for loaner inquiries.

The loaner program is intended to cover their short-term laptop needs while they identify permanent/sustainable solution (e.g., to cover the duration of their repair, etc.). SIS typically asks students to return the loaners within 2 weeks - with some flexibility.
