An informative session on how to keep your data and identity secure online. We share the latest information about phishing, ransomware, and messaging and phone attacks as well as review recommendations and best practices to avoid being a victim of these attacks. Microsoft Teams & Planner
An overview on how the Teams application can increase productivity, collaboration, and efficiency within your day to day functions. It covers Microsoft Planner, another Microsoft Office 365 platform within Teams, that lets you visually organize plans, assign tasks, share files, and more.
Outlook 2016
This presentation reviews strategies and best practices for managing and organizing your mail and calendar. We also discuss mail and calendar functionality available through the Outlook Web App and the mobile app.

Windows 10, OneDrive & SharePoint Online
We explore what’s new and different in Windows 10, including toolbars, menus, and simple tricks to improve your workflow. We will also cover OneDrive and SharePoint online, both cloud based solutions for file storage and collaboration in Office 365.

New Qualtrics Platform & an Intro to the Tech IQ User Group
An overview of the new Qualtrics platform which includes an improved layout and design, as well as many new features to help you simplify and streamline your workflow.
We also introduced our new Tech IQ User Groups hosted in Slack. Slack is a great tool for team communication and will allow us to share tips, questions, and other resources related to Qualtrics as well as other applications and solutions.

Canvas LMS
A Canvas course is a great option if you are running a workshop or collaborating with a group. Canvas allows you to create a course and add participants. You can then post files and materials, host a discussion board, have real-time video conferences, and collaborate on documents.
