The University of Pennsylvania boasts one of the nation’s broadest and deepest concentrations of scholars working at or near the intersection of law and philosophy. This breadth is richly represented at the Institute, whose 17 faculty members – more than half of whom have earned both a JD and a PhD – hold principal appointments in the Law School, the Philosophy Department, and at Wharton.
