In addition, the Company’s finance and human resources functions report to McClung. Prior to joining Caribou, she headed the legal functions at Intarcia Therapeutics, Inc. and Cygnus, Inc. McClung began her career as a patent attorney with E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company, and then joined Chiron Corporation where she was patent counsel for Chiron’s vaccine division. McClung is a member of the California, Delaware and Pennsylvania bars, as well as being a registered patent attorney before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. McClung received her B.A. from the University of California, San Diego, and her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
