The conference will be supplemented by a public conversation at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, from 5:00 – 6:30 pm on November 9, 2017, entitled, Freedom of the Press and National Security: Reconciling Competing Values in Democratic Governance, to be followed by cocktails and dinner for all conference participants.
