The Fellows, selected through a competitive application process, self-identify as students interested in developing the skills to lead DEI conversations in law school and professional settings. In the Fall semester, we have focused on building their community, their DEI literacy, and their resilience in navigating the challenges of this type of learning. Our goal is to build their capacity to create space for dialogue on matters relating to equity and inclusion. In the Spring semester, we will continue their training and reinforce their competence and confidence with opportunities to practice engaging in DEI dialogues across difference.
The E&I Fellows Program is designed to offer immersive training in diversity, equity, and inclusion principles to a cohort of 2L and 3L students.
