The Equity & Inclusion Fellows Program focuses on developing skills for robust dialogue and discussion despite discomfort or disagreement. Fellows are selected through a competitive process, and participate in intensive training designed to cultivate strong facilitation skills that are grounded in self-awareness, empathy, resilience, and cultural competency. This program brings together a community of Fellows who represent a range of backgrounds and perspectives, who, through rigorous training and practice, are well-prepared to lead dialogue across difference in our Law School community, and ultimately, in the legal profession.
