Scott B. Connolly
Adjunct Professor of Law
Scott B. Connolly is teaching two courses during the Spring 2023 semester – M&A Bootcamp and Securities Bootcamp. Mr. Connolly has over 20 years’ experience at an Am Law 100 firm, serving as a corporate partner and associate, and in talent and practice operations roles. He has represented public and private clients in a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and securities.
Mr. Connolly has taught the M&A Bootcamp and Securities Bootcamp courses since 2013. Mr. Connolly also has taught in the Penn Carey Law Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic with Professor Praveen Kosuri.
Mr. Connolly graduated from the Villanova University School of Law summa cum laude in 1998 and received a degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame in 1988. Between college and law school, Mr. Connolly held various positions in the commercial banking industry.
