
Robert Englert
Adjunct Professor of Law
Robert Englert began his career as a trial lawyer at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he was one of the founding members of the Penn Carey Law Mock Trial Team, a student-run organization committed to providing interested students with a greater exposure to trial advocacy skills and the benefits of courtroom experience. In 2009, Mr. Englert was appointed as a Lecturer in Law to supervise and develop Penn Carey Law’s mock trial program. Since then, the mock trial team has grown to more than 40 student members who compete annually in competitions across the country.
Mr. Englert earned his undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Crime, Law & Justice at Penn State University where he was a member of the Schreyer Honors College. He has previously worked for the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Bureau of Organized Crime & Narcotics as well as for the United States Attorney’s Office in Camden, New Jersey. Mr. Englert is currently the managing attorney of the RFE Law Firm, LLC, a complex civil and criminal litigation firm with offices in Philadelphia and Central Pennsylvania where his practice is focused on complex civil litigation with an emphasis on catastrophic personal injury litigation.
