Trish Kipnis is a partner at Bailey & Glasser LLP, where she concentrates her practice on consumer class actions, complex litigation, and appellate advocacy. She is also an active volunteer attorney with Philadelphia’s Support Center for Child Advocates. Before joining Bailey & Glasser in 2009, Ms. Kipnis practiced at Pepper Hamilton LLP in Philadelphia. She clerked for the Honorable Anita B. Brody, U.S.D.C. E.D. Pa. after graduating from Penn Law in 2003. Ms. Kipnis also holds a B.A. from Swarthmore College and a Master’s of Science in Information from the University of Michigan. Ms. Kipnis particularly enjoys the research and writing aspects of advocacy. She was a legal writing instructor in her third year at Penn Law, has taught legal writing at Rutgers Law - Camden, and very much enjoys teaching the Writing for Practice course at Penn Law with Professor Eleanor Barrett.
