Lubna Mian
Adjunct Professor of Law
Lubna Mian is an experienced commercial litigator and an expert on higher education law and policy, as well as diversity and general workforce issues, employment discrimination and civil rights, and nonprofit law and governance.
She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 1997. While in Law School she was an Associate Editor of the Comparative Labor Law Journal and an Arthur Littleton Legal Writing Instructor. After Law School, she worked at Jones Day Reavis & Pogue (NY), Drinker Biddle & Reath (Philadelphia) and Hangley Aronchick Segal & Pudlin (Philadelphia). She has spent fourteen years as a university administrator, most recently as the Associate Vice Provost for Faculty, with the Office of the Provost at Penn.
