Kathryn Deans-Schaub

Kathryn currently serves as Penn Carey Law’s Acting Director of International Affairs. She is a J.D. graduate of the Law School and was an Associate Director in the Office of Career Strategy from 2013 until 2022.

Kathryn practiced law for three decades in several firms, primarily in the field of pharmaceutical products liability litigation. She served as Honorary Vice Consul of Austria in Philadelphia for 13 years and played key roles in founding the French International School of Philadelphia and the Austrian Society German School. Kathryn also holds a Master of Science in Animal Welfare and Behavior from Penn’s School of Veterinary Medicine.
