Matt Fradin joined Comcast Corporation in 2002 and serves as Vice President and Senior Deputy General Counsel. He is responsible for a variety of strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and debt financings.
Mr. Fradin’s work spans the diverse media and entertainment businesses of NBCUniversal, Comcast Cable and Sky UK, as well as Comcast Spectacor. Over two decades, he has lead dozens of complex transactions domestically and internationally, including joint ventures in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Mr. Fradin also has extensive experience negotiating real estate and hospitality deals involving the development of Comcast’s headquarters campus and the Four Seasons Philadelphia. Through these myriad transactions, he has developed expertise in antitrust, intellectual property, compliance and other fields. In addition, Mr. Fradin oversees Comcast’s Legal Technology Operations function that serves over 1,000 Law Department personnel enterprise-wide. Mentoring young people is another passion of his, participating in programs with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Constitution High School and other diverse initiatives.
Prior to joining Comcast, Mr. Fradin served as an associate in the business and finance departments of Latham & Watkins and Ballard Spahr. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and received his BS in Finance from the University of Illinois. He lives in Cherry Hill, New Jersey with his wife and two daughters.
