Andrew J. Soven

Andrew Soven is a Commercial Litigation partner in Holland & Knight’s Philadelphia office. His practice focuses on representation of businesses of all types in commercial and class action litigation. In addition, Mr. Soven has significant experience representing financial institutions in connection with consumer litigation (individual claims and class actions) involving many federal and state consumer protection statutes. He also has represented both employers and insurers in ERISA litigation involving executive compensation and claims involving ERISA benefit plans.
He also has litigated complex matters involving fraudulent conveyances, bankruptcy and receiverships. He has served as lead counsel in numerous jury and non-jury trials in federal and state courts.
Mr. Soven currently serves on the Board of Clarifi, a non-profit organization which assists individuals throughout the Delaware Valley in a wide array of financial matters, including credit counselling. In 2013, Mr. Soven became a Lecturer in Law at Penn Carey Law.
