Michael Temin

Mr. Temin is a bankruptcy lawyer.  He is a Senior Counsel at Fox Rothschild LLP.  He has taught at Penn Law since 1982.


Mr. Temin is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy and was formerly its Scholar in Residence and a  Regent.  He was Chairman of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference;  Chair of the Rules Subcommittee and Vice-Chair of the Chapter 11 Subcommittee of the Business Bankruptcy Committee of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association; Chairman of the Bankruptcy Committee of the Section of Corporation, Banking and Business Law of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association;  Chairman of the Section of Corporation, Banking and Business Law of the Philadelphia Bar Association and a member of its Board of Governors.  He is a member of the House of Delegates of the Pennsylvania. Bar Association.   Mr. Temin is a past Chair of the Professional Guidance Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association and a past co-Chair of the Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association
