Joanna Cline

Joanna J. Cline is a partner in and vice chair of the Trial and Dispute Resolution Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP. Her practice includes a variety of complex commercial and corporate matters, with notable experience in handling disputes over stock and asset purchase agreements, books and records, fiduciary duties, RICO, securities, antitrust, licenses, franchises, and a wide variety of business contracts. Ms. Cline has significant trial experience across the country, including jury and bench trials as well as arbitrations in FINRA, AAA, JAMS and other forums. She is an officer in the Dartmouth Lawyers Association and is on the board of managers of the Downtown YMCA in Wilmington, Delaware. Ms. Cline is admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. She received her B.A., cum laude, in 1995 from Dartmouth College and her J.D. in 1998 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was comments editor of The University of Pennsylvania Law Review.
