Adjunct Professor of Law
Howard Master is a 2003 magna cum laude graduate of NYU School of Law. Following graduation from law school, Mr. Master clerked for the Hon. Victor Marrero of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Hon. José A. Cabranes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Mr. Master also worked as a litigation associate at a law firm for two years. In 2007, Mr. Master began working as an Assistant U.S. Attorney In the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Master has led numerous investigations and trial teams, and has argued several appeals, with a particular focus on public corruption offenses, including bribery, kickbacks, and fraud involving government officials and contractors. Mr. Master currently serves as a Deputy Chief of the Office's Criminal Division.
