Grace Manno


Grace Manno is Senior Corporate Counsel – Americas for QlikTech Inc. (NASDAQ: QLIK), a leader in Business Discovery or user-driven Business Intelligence and headquartered in Radnor, Pennsylvania, where she serves as lead counsel in North, Central and South America.  Previously, Ms. Manno provided legal counsel to AmerisourceBergen Corporation, a Fortune 27 company and one of the world's largest pharmaceutical services providers. Her prior experience also includes in-house counsel positions with Comcast Corporation, a Fortune 50 company and one of the nation’s largest video, internet and phone providers as well as AAA Mid-Atlantic Inc.   Prior to relocating to Philadelphia, Ms. Manno served with the Attorney General’s Office in Austin, Texas, where she was admitted to practice in all divisions of the U.S. District Courts of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit.  She is also admitted to the bar of the U.S. Supreme Court.

Ms. Manno is the 2013 President of the Association of Corporate Counsel, Delaware Valley Chapter (DELVACCA) and has served on its Board of Directors since 2006 and as an officer since 2009.  She is also Past President of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania (APABA-PA) and served on the Executive Committee from 2004 through 2012.  In addition, she previously served on the Board of Governors for the Philadelphia Bar Association and was appointed to serve on its Commission for Judicial Selection and Retention. 

Ms. Manno was honored with the Leadership Excellence Award in 2009 and 2011 by her DELVACCA colleagues.  She was recognized as one of Pennsylvania’s Diversity Attorneys of the Year in 2009 by The Legal Intelligencer. In 2007, she was named a Pennsylvania "Lawyer on the Fast Track" by American Lawyer Media and The Legal Intelligencer.

She is a frequent speaker on issues such as diversity in the legal profession and social media.  Speaking engagements include the Pennsylvania Bar Institute CLE, “Facebook, Twitter & Blogging” Social Media Issues, (Dec., 2010, Mar., 2010, and Nov., 2009); National Asian Pacific American Bar Association Conference, “Making the Right Call: Managing Crisis Communications,” (Apr., 2009);  National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, Northeast Regional Conference, “Running A Successful Election Campaign,” (Apr., 2009); Association of Corporate Counsel, Delaware Valley Chapter, CLE, “Sense and Sensibility: Communications Tactics For In-House Counsel During Critical Times,” (Oct., 2008) and Philadelphia Bar Association Young Lawyers Scholarship Reception, Keynote Address (July, 2013).   

Ms. Manno received her 1993 from Southern Methodist University School of Law and a B.A., Political 1990 from the University of Dallas, where she was a John B. O’Hara Chemical Sciences Scholar and graduated with honors.
