Fred Magaziner

Adjunct Professor of Law

Fred Magaziner is a member of Dechert LLP. After graduating from law school, Magaziner clerked for Judge Max Rosenn of the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Magaziner has litigated and tried many kinds of cases (jury, non-jury and arbitration), including breach of contract, patent infringement, business torts, will contests, fraud, medical malpractice, product liability and personal injury/wrongful death. He has also has often acted as the lead attorney in Multidistrict Litigation (MDL) proceedings. Magaziner is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member of the American Law Institute. He has been a faculty member for many years at the Temple University Academy of Advocacy, has taught in other trial advocacy programs and has lectured at Temple University and University of Pennsylvania in trial advocacy, litigation strategy and complex litigation.
