Bridget Fahey

Bridget Fahey is a Sharswood Fellow at the Law School.  Her primary research interest is federalism and, in particular, how our domestic governments interact.  Her work is descriptive (identifying new forms of intergovernmental interaction), doctrinal (analyzing how courts address those evolving sites of interaction), and theoretical (assessing the principles that guide those rules).  Her article, Consent Procedures and American Federalism, 128 Harv.
