Catherine Rombeau

Catherine Rombeau is an attorney with Littler Mendelson, where she advises and represents employers

as to a broad range of employment law matters, specializing in gender based discrimination claims.


Prior to joining Littler, Catherine served as a law clerk to Hon. C. Darnell Jones, II and Hon. Marvin J. Katz, both of the U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She previously practiced labor and employment law with Morgan Lewis & Bockius, where she represented employers in single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff and complex collective and class action litigation before state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies. She also advised employers on a variety of day-to-day employment issues, including reductions-in-force, decisions regarding adverse employment actions, and

litigation avoidance, and oversaw Morgan Lewis’ pro bono asylum practice before the federal immigration court and the Board of Immigration Appeals
