Penn Law Faculty:Adjunct Professor of Law J.D. - Pennsylvania - 54 B.A. - Pennsylvania - 51 Morris Shuster is a civil litigator who has had extensive experience as trial counsel in major consumer class actions, commercial law, maritime law, medical malpractice, and products liability cases, and in other tort litigation including the trial of disputes before arbitration panels. He has received the highest rating by Martindale-Hubbell. He is a member of the Advisory Committee for the Public Service Program at the Law School. He was a full-time lecturer and clinical supervisor at the Law School from January to June 1981.
