Documents the violent confrontation between the city of Philadelphia and MOVE, a small black radical group, which took place on May 13, 1985. Describes the complaints of the neighbors which were responded to by the policewith tear gas, automatic weapons, and bombs. The confrontation left 11 dead and250 homeless from the resulting fire.
