Nutrition.gov--A Reliable Gateway to Information on Nutrition, Healthy Eating, & Physical Exercise

Exercise and nutrition play an important role in maintaining the health and energy levels necessary for law school studies. For reliable and practical information on food, nutrition and exercise, check out the Food and Nutrition Information Center's (FNIC) Nutrition.gov web site!

The FNIC is a part of the National Agricultural Library, regarded as one of the premier food and agricultural information libraries in the world. Here you will find over 2,500 current links to searchable databases, interactive tools and dependable nutritional information. More information can be found in the “About Us” and “FAQ” sections of the website, and PDFs of print brochures.

One fun tool is the SuperTracker, which allows you to track your foods, fitness and health. You can create your own profile, or use the general plan. It even comes with a user guide and videos.
