Now Available: Chat a Librarian!
Having trouble with a research paper? Frustrated with a journal source-hunting assignment? Working from home and not keen on changing out of your pajamas and braving the erratic February weather to visit the library? Or, working on the fifth floor of the library and just feeling a little bit lazy?
Now, in addition to visiting the Biddle Law Library reference desk in person, members of the Penn Law Community can chat with a librarian, on Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Librarians are happy to answer questions about research strategy and library resources!
Chat works best for questions that can be quickly and efficiently answered using online resources. For more complicated research questions, you may want to submit an email or schedule an appointment with a librarian. And, of course, you can always visit the reference desk in person during the following hours:
Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Friday - Saturday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Sunday: 1 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
