The Fund for Penn Law
The Fund for Penn Law sustains and improves the Law School’s standing as an elite institution with rigorous and innovative academic offerings, a collegial atmosphere, and world-renowned faculty.
Planned gifts can provide an excellent way for you to create a lasting legacy of support at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, maximizing your tax- savings while helping you meet your own personal planning objectives.
The Benjamin Franklin Society
Founded in 1955, the Benjamin Franklin Society honors those donors who have provided an extraordinary level of unrestricted support to the University. The Law School uses these gifts to support student groups and programs, scholarships, programs for our graduates, and more. These generous gifts give our community the flexibility to meet the short- and long-term needs of our students.
Dean Clinton Society
Created as a tribute to Dean Gary Clinton’s 35+ years of service to our community, this society honors the loyal donors who consistently make annual gifts to the Law School. With nearly 2,000 proud alumni members today, the Dean Clinton Society stands as a symbol of the Law School community’s commitment to giving back.
In 1995, the University of Pennsylvania founded the Charles Custis Harrison Society as a way to provide ongoing thanks and to acknowledge the generosity of all who have named Penn as a beneficiary of a will, living trust, retirement plan, or life insurance policy, or have set up a life income gift that benefits Penn in the future.
GOLD Ambassador Society
The goal of this initiative is to keep recent graduates connected to each other and involved with the future of The Law School. By providing opportunities for first-hand professional development with other seasoned graduates, as well as social networking activities, GOLD members benefit from The Law School’s most valuable asset - our alumni network.
