Penn Law’s graduates have held leadership positions across a wide variety of organizations for generations. As the world and the profession change more rapidly, the Law School continues to cultivate new leaders and to shape a new world for its alumni. The Future of the Profession Initiative (“FPI”) builds interdisciplinary projects that connect the Law School to a thriving innovation community at the University, develops new courses that educate students about how to lead through uncertain times, and convenes forward-focused conversations about how to effect real change that will improve client service. Learn more about FPI’s work from its Executive Director Jennifer Leonard L’04 and Distinguished Lecturer and FPI Senior Consultant Jim Sandman L’76. Be inspired by a moderated panel discussion among alumni changemakers, trailblazers, and innovators.
