July 12-14, 2024
Join us in Cambridge, England as we gather for our annual PCLES meeting from July 12-14. We will be staying at St John’s College, one of the largest colleges in Cambridge. Attendees will be able to explore St. John’s College and Cambridge University, which is one of the oldest universities in the world, founded in 1209. The weekend will include a walking tour of one of England’s prettiest and most famous small cities; a gala dinner in the 16th century grand dining hall of St. John’s College; a chance to take a traditional waterway journey by punt; and a lively academic session bringing together American and European academic lawyers.
This conference is hosted by the Penn Carey Law European Society but is open to ALL Law School alumni - LLMs and JDs alike (as well as partners and family). As PCLES was informally re-named to Penn Carey Law “Everywhere” Society in 2015, all alumni from outside Europe are welcome to attend! Guests have the option of participating in the extension program and adding July 15-17 to their stay at a special rate. The extension program will be traveling to the historic Ely and Norwich.
