Penn Law holds a variety of lectures, events, and volunteer opportunities on its beautiful campus in University City.
Prestigious speakers from the law community come to Penn Law to deliver lectures in their field: the Gruss Lectures in Talmudic Civil Law, Holt Lecture in International Law, the Owen J. Roberts Lecture in Constitutional Law, the Segal Lecture in Trial Advocacy, and the Joint Visiting Scholars Lecture with the National Constitution Center. Learn more about our Distinguished Lectures.
Parents and Partners Day
The parents and partners of Penn Law 1L students are invited to experience a day in the life of a law student. Parents join their child and renowned faculty members in 1L classes.
Each May alumni celebrate their 5th through 60th reunions. Reunion Weeekend is full of events with their former classmates, including CLE panel discussions, “Welcome Back” and “State of the Law School” addresses by Dean Fitts, cocktail parties, tours around Philadelphia, and a combined Reunion Weekend gala.
The Penn Law Senior Partners Society is an affinity club for all Penn Law Alumni who graduated more than 50 years ago. It meets every year during Alumni Weekend for a luncheon.
This dinner, held every fall, recognizes the many generous donors to Penn Law School. This gala is held at various historic venues in Philadelphia, or at our own beautiful Penn Law campus.
Penn Law offers many lectures for continuing legal education for our alumni.
