While not exactly enemy combatants, Penn Law professor William Burke-White and conservative thinker Dinesh D’Souza squared off in a spirited debate last November over national security and the war in Iraq.

In a preview of the presidential election, D’Souza defended the war and Bush Administration anti-terrorism efforts, while Burke-White argued for more diplomacy and protection of civil liberties, in a forum sponsored by the Federalist Society.
