FAQs and Business Justification Letter

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE (March 15)

The 2020 Regulatory Analysis and Decision-Making Executive Education Certificate Program at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School is cancelled due the rapidly evolving situation surrounding COVID-19.

While this is a disappointing call to have to make, the health and safety of everyone who plans to attend Regulatory Analysis and Decision-Making Program is paramount to us. Thus, we feel that it is necessary to take this step given the increasing challenges we will likely face in the months ahead.

Moving forward, we will be refunding all payments that you have made to the Law School in the process of registering for program. Shortly, you will receive a separate email providing you with the details of the full refund of the fees that you have made. If you have made hotel reservations or travel arrangements, we encourage you adjust these.

Although we must cancel this year’s offering, we anticipate offering this executive education program in late spring or early summer of 2021.

Of course, if you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact RegulatoryAnalysis@law.upenn.edu.
