How It Works

We work with your organization to identify your needs, goals, and objectives. Next, we design a tailored program, including the selection of a Program Director whose area of expertise aligns with your organizational custom goals. The Program Director helps identify faculty and industry experts in the field for your program. As we build your program and design the custom curriculum, we continually work with you to ensure that the schedule, content, field trips, and/or networking events are relevant and in-line with your desired learning experience and outcome.

Before the program begins, we coordinate with your organization regarding logistics — arrival, accommodations, local tips, schedule, and assignments. During the program we provide ongoing support to program participants and are actively involved through every step of the program in order to ensure a high-touch, high-quality professional development experience.
