FAQs & Business Justification Letter

COVID-19 UPDATE (March 20)

The 2020 U.S. Corporate Law and Strategy Executive Education Certificate Program at Penn Law will be cancelled due the urgent and variable situation surrounding COVID-19.

While this is a disappointing call to have to make, the health and safety of everyone who plans to attend the program is paramount to us. Thus, we feel that it is necessary to take this step given the increasing challenges we will likely face in the months ahead.

We will be refunding all payments that you have made to Penn Law in the process of registering for program. In the coming days, you will receive a separate email(s) providing you with the details of the refund of the application and/or program fees that you have made.

Due to the increase in volume and demand, CVENT (the platform we use to collect credit card payments) has informed us that this process may take up to 15 business days for credit card refunds. If you submitted a payment via a wire or bank transfer, I will be following up with you directly early next week for the required information to transfer these funds back to you.

Although we must cancel this year’s offering, we anticipate offering this executive education program in the summer of 2021. We will keep in touch with you as our plans are confirmed and registration opens for this program.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact  USCorporateLaw@law.upenn.edu
