Keedy Cup 2014

Penn Law
Keedy Cup

The Keedy Cup is Penn Law's internal moot court competition – an event that draws the entire Law School to see two teams of students argue before three federal judges.

The 2014 Keedy Cup will take place on January 23th at 4:30 PM in the Michael A. Fitts Auditorium, Golkin 100.  This year’s finalists, Brandon D. Harper, Carrie Klapper, Vinay Limbachia, and Arianna Scavetti, will argue the pending Supreme Court case McCullen v. Coakley—a case about abortion clinics and the balance between freedom of speech and the right to privacy.
