Pei-Chun (Peggy) Tsai LLM

Pei-Chun (Peggy) Tsai grew up in Taiwan and received her BA from National Taiwan University. As an undergraduate, she spent two years advocating for human rights related to freedom of speech and freedom of religion by hosting human rights forums with students from different backgrounds in different universities. She is committed to protecting and strengthening people’s freedom to speech and religion without being afraid of persecution. Peggy is especially interested in the intersection among freedom of speech, freedom of religion, politics and other important legal issues, such as constitution law and criminal justice. At Penn Carey Law, Peggy is a volunteer for the Civil Rights Law Project.
