Hania Masud L’11

Hania Masud is a 2011 Penn Law alum and is currently Counsel in the Corporate group at Hulu where her focus is primarily on employment and corporate law. In her role at Hulu, she regularly advises her corporate clients on issues touching on diversity and inclusion. Prior to joining Hulu, Hania was an associate in the corporate group of Willkie Farr & Gallagher where she practiced in the areas of M&A, securities, and private equity. While at Willkie, she served on the diversity committee and worked on issues of diversity and inclusion important to the firm. Hania graduated cum laude from Georgetown University in 2007 where she was an active member of the Muslim Students Association. Since her time at Georgetown, she served on the board of the MSA at Penn Law and currently serves as a board member of the Muslim Bar of Southern California. In her role at MBASC, she is dedicated to creating a space for Muslim attorneys to connect and network with each other and the greater Southern California community.
