Thomas McKean
Trustee of Penn from 1779 to 1817. President of the Board of Trustees
from 1788 to 1791.
McKean was a signer of the Declaration of Independence, chief justice
of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and governor of the Commonwealth.
