LIVING IN PHILADELPHIA

Philadelphia is a surprisingly affordable city in which to find housing, especially when compared to other large metropolitan areas. Graduate students at Penn have a wide array of options in terms of price, location, and type of housing. The University offers resources to assist you in finding the housing that meets your needs, whether in an on-campus graduate room or apartment or in off-campus housing.

The great majority of Penn Law students generally choose to live in the graduate dorms located one block from the Law School or in off-campus housing in nearby West Philadelphia or in Center City, Philadelphia's vibrant downtown residential area, located minutes away from the Law School.
