Public Interest Mentoring Initiative

The Public Interest Mentoring Initiative (PIMI) is a student-managed network of mentors and mentees interested in pursuing, considering, or simply discussing public interest legal careers and courses. Our mentor/mentee relationships provide new students advice, support and friendship and are fun and rewarding for both sides.

In addition to connecting students, we host coffee hours with various Penn Law alumni in the local public interest legal community. We arrange mentorships according to interest, and students of all backgrounds are welcome.

If you are interested in mentoring a new student who is interested in public interest law, please email jesse.krohn@gmail.com or emily.cuneo@gmail.com.
