FOOD STAMP LAW

County Assistance Office Case Workers refer to PA's Dep't of Public Welfare "Food Stamp Handbook":  http://www.dpw.state.pa.us/oimpolicymanuals/manuals/bop/Fs/Table%20of%20Contents.htm

This handbook, however, is drawn mostly from the Code of Federal Regulations and also from the Pennsylvania Code.
