
Current ProjectsThe Environmental Law Project partners with a variety of local and national environmental organizations to conduct research, write and edit legal documents and assist clients. Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance: ELP is working on a project regarding the Utah State Implementation Plan (SIP) and a proposed open pit coal mine. TIre Incinerator Community Assistance Project: ELP is conducting background research on citizens' rights of action with respect to the siting of a proposed tire incinerator.
