Post Graduate Fellowships

Penn Law is proud to announce that as a part of its commitment to public interest, the Law School will be awarding three public interest fellowships in the fall of 2010, that will help three current students or recent graduates launch public interest careers.

Each fellowship has its own unique requirements and features.

  • The Langer, Grogan and Diver Fellowship in Social Justice, generously funded by Penn Law alumni at Langer, Grogan & Diver P.C., is a Delaware Valley-based fellowship that will fund one year of full time work at a sponsoring public interest organization. (application)

  • The Toll Public Interest Center Philadelphia Fellowship is a Philadelphia-based fellowship that will fund one year of work, with the fellow’s time split between a local public interest organization and the Toll Public Interest Center. While at the Toll Public Interest Center, the student will counsel students on local pro bono and public interest opportunities, and serve as a bridge between Penn Law and Philadelphia’s robust public interest law community. (application)

  • The Penn Law Public Interest Fellowship will fund one year of full time work at a national or international sponsoring public interest organization. (application)

  • Application Cover Page each of the three scholarships listed should each have this application cover page as well as the above three items. (application)

While each fellowship has its own unique qualities, they share a common purpose: helping public interest focused Penn Law graduates begin careers dedicated to public interest. The deadline for all fellowships is 5 p.m. Monday, February 28, 2011. Penn Law alumni finishing a clerkship are also invited to apply.
