Subscriptions

The University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law (ISSN 1940-8064) is published four (4) times per year by the University of Pennsylvania Law School.  A volume typically consists of three (3) regular issues published in the fall, winter, and spring and one (1) symposium issue published in the summer.  Periodicals postage rates are paid at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and at additional mailing offices.  

Orders for the current volume (Volume 11, 2008-2009) may be placed through the Journal.  Subscription rates are $55.00 per volume for domestic subscribers and $65.00 per volume for international subscribers.  If you wish to place an order, you must include a check or money order, payable in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank, to the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law (drawn from a domestic issuer in U.S. currency).  Unfortunately the Journal is unable to accept pyament by credit card.  Under no circumstances will cash be accepted, nor will the Journal bear responsibility for cash mailed and not received.  Please print, complete, and mail the linked subscription form.

Please note that subscriptions are renewed automatically unless timely written notice of cancellation is received.  Additionally, address changes, quantity changes, or cancellations must be made at least six weeks before publication date.  Claims for issues not received will be honored only if requested within six months of the actual mailing of the issue.  Refunds will not be issued for subscription orders.
