About Us
The South Asian Law Students Association (SALSA) provides a forum for Penn Law students who are interested in promoting a network of legal professionals interested in South Asian American and South Asian legal issues.
SALSA serves the South Asian law student community at Penn in a variety of ways. We seek to facilitate dialogue between all students interested in the legal, cultural, and political happenings in the South Asian region. We benefit the community through lectures, panels, and social events aimed at educating and motivating students interested in South Asian legal issues and connecting students to law firms interested in diversity outreach.
SALSA's mission for the upcoming year is to focus on strengthening ties between Penn Law students interested in South Asian legal issues and current legal practitioners in the region.
