"Crisis pregnancy centers" (CPCs) are non-medical facilities designed to lure in pregnant women and to provide these women with anti-choice counseling and information.  The goal of the CPC project is to research CPCs in Pennsylvania in order to create a report to aid in lobbying, outreach and public education, and potential future litigation.  The CPC project is currently developing a database of information about all the CPCs in the state of Pennsylvania.  Additionally, clinic members are researching legal issues surrounding CPCs including funding, the establishment clause, consumer protection, and referrals.
