This project is devoted to ensuring women's health clinics in Philadelphia and the outlying areas are legally equipped to protect their patients, their employees and their property. A Bubble Zone is legislatively imposed protective area surrounding a women's health facility to physically protect people from protesters who seek to bar or disrupt normal activity at the building. In providing legal support concerning Bubble Zone issues, we work with the Women's Law Project, Planned Parenthood, the Women's Center of Philadelphia and  other various organizations in the geographic area. We have authored extensive legal memorandums for upcoming litigation by the Women's Law Project, provided extensive observation notes for local clinic concerned with aggressive protesters and are currently in the process of compiling a informational manual for clinic volunteers, escorts and employees to inform them of current law relating to Bubble Zones and their rights under it.
